Faith Marabella
CEO & President – Registered Architect, LEED AP – Faith has specialized in Senior Living Design for almost 30 years: First as an Architect, then as an Interior Designer. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. She now owns Wellesley Design Consultants, Inc. in Haverhill, MA which has a rich history of designing Senior Living communities for 40 years. She expands her expertise while innovating in a dynamic market by participating in juries, conferences, seminars, and symposiums. Faith is a founding member of the Ageless Living Collaborative; an active think tank changing the narrative around Senior Living. She actively collaborates with manufacturers who focus on the best design solutions for Seniors. Faith is passionate about affordable housing projects which minimize the current housing crisis. She is known for her extensive, zany shoe collection and pushes boundaries in her personal style, which informs her approach to design.

Dawn Horan
Interior Designer & Project Manager – NCIDQ, LEED AP – Dawn has over 35 years of commercial interior design and project management experience. She is exceptionally skilled in all phases of design from programming to contract administration. She is highly motivated in developing long lasting relationships and maintaining project goals. She has an in-depth knowledge of architecture, construction, building materials, codes, budgeting, and LED lighting. Dawn enjoys mentoring students and takes great pride in bringing evidence-based design (EBD), value, innovation, unique solutions, and exceptional results to all her projects. She received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Endicott College and graduated top in her class. Dawn collects topiaries, succulents, and Tillandsia air plants. She enjoys historic architecture, loves estate gardens, and finds joy repurposing antiques. Her energy comes from daily Zumba dance class combined with weights and HIIT Zone boot camp style fitness classes.

Monique Ringuette
Office Manager – Monique has over 35 years of experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Project Management and Procurement. Monique has worked in a variety of industries but spent significant time in the IT industry. Monique handles a wide range of responsibilities pertaining to the company’s finances. When she isn’t working, Monique enjoys spending time with her friends and her extensive family.

Adelaide MacDonald
Interior Designer – Adelaide has experience in senior living, affordable housing, student housing, and corporate office design. Adelaide has a sharp eye for detail and considerable knowledge of the history of interior design, which lends itself to her passion for historic architecture and preservation. She is also interested in intergenerational and communal living models. Adelaide received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she graduated cum laude. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, cooking, creating art, spending time with friends and family, and adding to her unique collection of earrings. Adelaide is a 2nd degree black belt in Uechi-Ryu karate, which she has studied and practiced for over a decade.
Olivia Landry
Junior Interior Designer – Olivia joins us as a young professional with 3 years of experience under her belt! She graduated summa cum laude from Endicott College in 2022 with a BFA in Interior Design and Business Administration. She has returned to campus recently as an Adjunct Professor and is passionate about preparing students for the real world. For Olivia, design is a tool that drives community development, and she always strives to use her skills to make a difference. As a designer, she is a proactive learner and fully embodies the WDC mission to ‘provide dignity through design’ with an emphasis on functionality and intuitive design intent. When not at the office – Olivia is either traveling to new places, camping with family, or enjoying the hard work of being a new homeowner. She also appreciates the beauty of a good book, a homemade recipe and walks with her dog Ted!
Erika Spezzaferri
Procurement Specialist – Erika joins us with 10 years of project management and procurement experience for commercial and residential projects. Over the last several years her focus has been bringing retail programs to life for customers across the country. Erika is at home in design details and logistics. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Suffolk University. Erika enjoys painting with watercolors and spending time with her family. She can often be found skiing Loon Mountain in the winter months.

Penelope
CFO – “Chief Fun Officer” – Penelope has the most important job of all – making our office fun and not too serious! With the help of her trusty ball, Penelope spends her days trotting around the office in search of someone to play with her and makes sure that everyone is having a great day. She also acts as our office greeter, and ensures that everyone who enters the office knows that we’re all about having fun.
Anne Webb-Johnson
Principal Founder of Wellesley Design Consultants, Inc., Anne has many years of experience as a project designer in interior design, working with architectural firms in the Bahamas and England before moving to Boston area in 1973. Prior to forming Wellesley Design Consultants, she was responsible for the interior design for North Hill in Needham MA in 1982 and in 2010 was asked to return and work on its repositioning. Her architectural education was received from the School of Architecture, Kingston-upon-Hull, England.
